Errol Estates Saturday Ride
When: Saturday - 8:00AMWhere: Apopka Elementary
Rider Category: Experienced
Description: This is the Racers Ride. Not for the faint of heart. It's a 6 mile loop course with rolling hills. The ride is typically 5 laps. The showing during off-season is nil or even off, and does not occur during race weekends. But when it's on, it's on! The field typically averages 40-50 riders, with generally the top racers and race teams in town, with some strong triathletes and independents. The ride is fast from start to finish. With one heavily-contested sprint point. Lots of attacks and race tactics. Speeds frequently in the 30+ range.
Notes: The status of this ride is usually discussed in the Roadies forum. Check it weekly to find out more.
